The Auther is Nicholas Sparks
This book is about a problem girl. Her parents are in divorce and she has to spend all her summer with Dad. At the beginning it was very hard but than they could understand each other without a word. And I think that it is very important in relationship between dad and daughter. This book is about love between parents, love between child and adult and, of cause, young love. As in others books of Nicholas Sparks somebody has problems with health. In this book it is Dad. And there is a very centimental moment.
